Hotel parking is behind the building; from the front entrance, turn right down the alley just past the entrance and before 7th Street. Parking entrance is through the second gate on the right-hand side. kodō hotel signs are posted. Park in any available space. Proceed to the front entrance to access the hotel. If arriving via Uber or Lyft, use the front entrance at 710 S Santa Fe Avenue.
Using, Saving, & Sharing your Digital Key
Shortly before check-in time, you will receive your room number and QR/PIN code digital key via text and email. Please note, the key will only be sent after you have completed the online check-in, which can be done through the web link sent to you 48 hours prior to arrival. Once check-in is complete, your digital key will provide access to the hallway door, your room, and our after-hours access door. Guests must have a smartphone to receive and use their digital key.
SAVING TO DIGITAL WALLET:
- On iPhone: Tap “Add to Apple Wallet.”
- On Android: Tap “Add to Google Wallet.”
- Once saved, your key will be easily accessible in your wallet app for quick access.
SHARING YOUR DIGITAL KEY:
- Tap the “Share” icon in your wallet.
- Choose “Messages” or your preferred sharing app to send the digital key to other guests.
QR INSTRUCTIONS:
- Have your QR code ready.
- Press “Touch Here” on the lock.
- Hold the QR code 1” away from the light.
- When you hear a beep, open the door.
PIN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Press “Card” on the lock.
- Enter your PIN followed by the “#” key.
- When you hear a beep, open the door.
LOCKING THE DOOR (INSIDE):
- To lock the door with a deadbolt from the inside, turn the handle upward.

Each morning of your stay, please head to the café for a complimentary hand-crafted morning beverage and house-baked pastry, 9 AM to 5 PM daily.
Food Delivery
- Guests are welcome to order food from delivery services during their stay.
- For security reasons, delivery drivers are not authorized to bring food directly to guest rooms.
- Guests are required to meet the delivery driver in the lobby to collect their order.
Housekeeping
Our daily room refresh includes a tidy-up to make your stay comfortable:
- Tidying the room
- Replenishing toiletries
- Emptying trash bins
- Making the bed using existing linens
- Replacing towels left on the floor
Full Clean (Every Third Day): Every third day, enjoy a comprehensive cleaning to enhance your comfort, which includes:
- Thorough room cleaning
- Changing of all bed linens
- Dusting and vacuuming throughout
- Extensive bathroom cleaning
- Restocking of all amenities and supplies
To decline housekeeping service, please use the “Do Not Disturb” sign on your door.
Additional Needs: For any additional housekeeping needs, you can easily request service by using the in-room QR code or by texting us at (213) 262-9640. Our housekeeping team is dedicated to ensuring your room is perfectly maintained throughout your stay.
After Hours Access
Use your Room QR code at the door left of the main entrance at 710 S Santa Fe Avenue.
Have your QR code ready and scan it at the reader when the light activates.
Once scanned, pull the door handle to open.
Proceed by taking the stairs to the hotel on the second floor.
